Role: Finance Intern
Salary: £24,784
Location: Glasgow, UK (in office 3x a week, 2x per week at home) – Fixed Term Internship
Calling all aspiring finance professionals! As part of our Finance team, you’ll play an important role in making sure our suppliers are paid on time and our customers enjoy a smooth, stress-free journey. You’ll report directly to our AP/AR Manager and get the chance to grow your skills as a Finance Intern while being right at the heart of our operations.
This is a 4–6-month internship, offered on a fixed-term contract, with the flexibility to increase hours over time depending on availability (for example around exams or university commitments).
Based in our vibrant Skypark office in Finnieston, Glasgow, you’ll join a passionate global team where you’ll make a real impact every single day.

What you’ll do:
Accurately process multi‑currency supplier invoices within the accounting system
Reconcile supplier statements, investigate discrepancies, and ensure all supplier accounts remain accurate and up to date.
Respond to supplier and internal department queries via email and phone, proactively fostering strong working relationships.
Adhere to internal controls and audit requirements,
Carry out additional ad hoc duties as required.
